Dr. Rubin is Director of the Vermont Clinical Study Center. He is also Clinical Associate Professor, University of Vermont, and Adjunct Associate Professor, Dartmouth Medical College. Dr. Rubin is Principal Investigator for medication clinical trials, author of publications, professional educator, and private practice clinician in his specialty of child, adolescent, and adult ADHD.

 

He graduated from Princeton University and earned his medical degree at St. Louis University School of Medicine. General Psychiatry training was done at the University of New Mexico including as Chief Resident, and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship was done at the University of Texas, San Antonio.  He is currently a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, a Fellow of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and serves on the AACAP Pediatric Psychopharmacology Initiative policy committee.
